CRM and AI Automation Engineer
- Built and maintain 38+ automated workflows connecting GoHighLevel, QuickBooks Online, and DisputeFox so data moves between all three systems without manual entry.
- Designed three client pipelines — Lead, Credit Repair, and Business Funding — with 23+ stages that move clients automatically based on their actions, payments, and status.
- Built the Social Entry Gate — a full multi-system AI agent using LangGraph (stateful graph with interrupt nodes), Flask webhook server, Ollama LLM for message classification, APScheduler for timed followups, Airtable for DM copy and conversation logging, and GHL for contact updates and pipeline routing.
- Set up real-time payment detection so a QuickBooks transaction updates the client's CRM record within seconds.
- Built an automated testing system that verifies core workflows before any change goes live.
- Manage the team's Airtable databases, Notion documentation, and Asana project tracking across multiple active projects.
Social Media Manager — TikTok Affiliate
- Managed TikTok affiliate accounts and grew the follower base through organic and paid strategies.
